Cutting 35mm slide film into S8 format...what do you think about infrared films? I remember that I saw some infrared slide film somewhere in a photostore... how would it look in super 8?

you mean vnf (video news film)? i don't know what the exact difference is, but you can use either kit for either stock and get acceptable results, with just a slight color tint. my *guess* is that they work the exact same way, but e-6 uses modern, cheaper, environmentally friendlier, more accessible or whatever chemicals, and the e-6 stocks are balanced to compensate for the slight difference in colors that causes...
